Bob and Tina West grew up in Chino, California. Both gave their hearts to the Lord in 1980. They met in youth group and were married in 1988. They have been married for 21 years and have 4 wonderful children, Andrew 21, Aubrianna 19, Pamisue 6 and Paytin 4. Bobs passion and call to ministry began at High School summer camp in 1985. He learned how to play the guitar and lead worship for the youth.

In 1995 Bob and Tina moved to Salem, Oregon, where Bob started his Construction Business. They also found a new church home there where they served in Youth Ministry for 5 years. Bob and Tina served on Youth Staff where they both taught Sunday school, Bob served on the worship team and they both were leaders in Drama and Youth Choir. It was during this time God really sparked the flame for ministry again for both of them. In 2002 they moved to Gig Harbor.

The West’s now serve at Zion’s Gate Church on the on the Pastoral Care Team, Worship team and Tina heads up the women’s ministry. As God opens doors to the calling He has placed in their lives they are certain He will take them farther than they ever imagined and serve in a greater capacity than they could ever hoped for. Bob and Tina believe God has great and wonderful things for the body at Zion’s Gate Church and are filed with expectant hope as they watch the hand of God move to shape His culture in the body of Christ and release His power in the community and region.
